And at the next, second phase (A2) of motion during movement with speed exceeding maximum speed, moving device (2) is supplied with electric energy from generator (10).

EFFECT: as a result, in a simple manner, sufficient supply of electric energy of transport facility (1) means (2) of movement on cable rope is always provided.
