SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. In order to achieve technical result, versions of present invention provide methods of receiving reference signals by user terminal (UE) from base station on uplink, as well as transmission of linear combination index from UE to base station. In particular, this linear combination index identifies combinations of beams selected from a plurality of beams in accordance with the RS signal.
