SUBSTANCE: to realise the technical result, the user terminal, according to one of the aspects of the invention, comprises: a transmitting section configured to transmit a channel status information (CSI) message using at least one specific sub-band included in a set of sub-bands; and a control section configured to perform at least one of the following actions: receiving a configuration information indicating a specific sub-band, and transmitting the reported information indicating a specific sub-band. According to one aspect of the invention, the CSI message can be properly communicated using sub-bands.
EFFECT: creation of a user terminal and a base station allowing for proper communication of a CSI message using sub-bands.
