including a main chain and side substitutes, where R is a substitute from group (-H, -(CH2)nCH3, -O(CH2)nCH3, where n is in range from 0 to 12), R1, R2, R3 and R4 – substitutes from group (-H, -CH3, -(CH2)4-), and M is a transition metal from the group (Ni, Co, Cu, Pd), and the electroactive layer consists of a composite material containing 40 to 95 % active cathode material, 1 to 30 % conductive additive and 1 to 30 % binder.

EFFECT: invention allows improving battery safety.
