FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is intended for sanitising epithelial damage in the form of wounds, burns, and other skin and mucosal damage. Antiseptic combination consists of sucrose and an antiseptic. The mass ratio between sucrose and the antiseptic is from 1,000:1 to 1,200,000:1. The antiseptic constitutes benzyldimethyl[3-(myristoyl amino)propyl]ammonium chloride or pharmaceutically acceptable hydrates thereof. Also provided is a medicinal product as an antiseptic, containing the above combination in an effective amount.
EFFECT: increased antiseptic and anti-inflammatory activity, as well as a synergistic effect with respect to the rate of healing and regenerating epithelial damage of various origins.
