FIELD: medicine, therapy and disinfectology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for antiseptic skin treatment. Antiseptic combination in the form of a solution for topical application to the skin consists of sucrose and an antiseptic. The mass ratio of sucrose to antiseptic is from 1,000:1 to 1,200,000:1. The antiseptic is either chlorhexidine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also an antiseptic drug in the form of a solution for topical application to the skin consisting of the specified combination in an effective amount and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable solvent is provided. In another embodiment, the use of the said medicinal product as an antiseptic is disclosed.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides increased antiseptic and anti-inflammatory activity, as well as a synergistic effect on the rate of healing and restoration of epithelial damage of various etiologies.
