SUBSTANCE: apparatus for distinguishing active periods and rest periods of a subject includes: an input unit for receiving time-dependent data on activity of said subject, a unit for obtaining an activity threshold and an activity evaluation unit, wherein the threshold activity obtaining unit is configured to obtain said activity threshold individually for said subject, and said device further comprises an activity threshold calibration unit, wherein the activity threshold activity calibration unit comprises a unit of the operating characteristic curve.

EFFECT: technical result consists in wider range of the same purpose tools.
