FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to prenatal ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for prenatal diagnosis of foetal tobacco syndrome during U3-screening in period of 30–34 weeks of gestation. Determining and comparing the obtained values with E.Merz biometric tables (2011) in compliance with the gestational period of the fetometric parameters: biparietal head size: 74 mm - 30 weeks, 77 mm - 31 weeks, 79 mm - 32 weeks, 81 mm - 33 weeks, 83 mm - 34 weeks, head circumference: 277 mm - 30 weeks, 285 mm - 31 weeks, 293 mm - 32 weeks, 300 mm - 33 weeks, 307 mm - 34 weeks, length of femurs: 53 mm - 30 weeks, 55 mm - 31 weeks, 57 mm - 32 weeks, 59 mm - 33 weeks, 61 mm - 34 weeks, shin bone length: 46 mm - 30 weeks, 48 mm - 31 weeks, 50 mm - 32 weeks, 51 mm - 33 weeks, 53 mm - 34 weeks, shoulder bone length: 45 mm - 30 weeks, 46 mm - 31 weeks, 48 mm - 32 weeks, 49 mm - 33 weeks, 51 mm - 34 weeks; morphological indices: cerebellar cross diameter: 31 mm - 30 weeks, 32 mm - 31 weeks, 34 mm - 32 weeks, 35 mm - 33 weeks, 36 mm - 34 weeks, orbit width: 13.3 mm - 30 weeks, 13.7 mm - 31 weeks, 14 mm - 32 weeks, 14.3 mm - 33 weeks, 14.6 mm - 34 weeks, distance between orbits: 15.2 mm - 30 weeks, 15.6 mm - 31 weeks, 16.1 mm - 32 weeks, 16.5 mm - 33 weeks, 17.00 mm - 34 weeks; determining umbilical cord diameter: 13.95 mm - 30 weeks, 14.11 mm - 31 weeks, 14.27 mm - 32 weeks, 14.85 mm - 33 weeks, 15.44 mm - 34 weeks. If observing two and more fetometric values below 5th percentile in combination with one or more morphological indicators below 5th percentile, diagnosing the presence of tobacco foetus syndrome, without consideration of the degree of tobacco dependence and duration of smoking during pregnancy and without indicating a low estimated weight of the foetus.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing foetal tobacco syndrome prenatally by creating an algorithm for ultrasonic diagnosis of foetal tobacco syndrome in a third ultrasound screening of pregnant as a result of ultrasonic signs of foetus damage in tobacco dependence of a pregnant woman with various duration and intensity of smoking during pregnancy.
