PREDICTION OF PLACENTAL PREECLAMPSIA ACCORDING TO PLACENTOMETRY AT GESTATION 19-21 WEEKS IN LOW-RISK PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B8/00

Abstract RU 2771762 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics, and can be used to predict placental preeclampsia (PE). Placentometry is performed and the placental ratio index (PRi) is calculated at the gestation period of 19-21 weeks in patients at low risk of developing PE. When determining the value of PRi at 7 or more, the risk of developing PE is regarded as high, with a PRi of less than 7, the risk of developing PE is regarded as low.

EFFECT: method provides for timely stratification of pregnant women into a group for additional examination methods and preventive measures by evaluating the combination of the most significant indicators.
