The anamnestic data of the pregnant woman are determined: age, the serial number of this pregnancy, the number of childbirth in the anamnesis, artificial abortions, cases of miscarriage, take into account the method for conception - natural or by in vitro fertilization, tobacco use, the presence of uterine fibroids, the presence of a scar on the uterus; evaluate anthropometric data - the body mass index of the pregnant woman, determine the ultrasound and biochemical indicators of screening for the 1st trimester: the thickness of the collar space - CST, the average pulsation index of the uterine arteries - PIMA, protein A associated with pregnancy - PAPP-A, the beta subunit of chorionic gonadotropin - β-hCG, placental growth factor - PlGF. The prognostic risk index for the development of FGR is calculated according to the original calculation formula.
EFFECT: method allows timely detection of pregnant women with a risk group for the formation of FGR in the fetus, is convenient in execution and provides quick receipt of the necessary information.
