SUBSTANCE: method of producing thymol nanocapsules in guar gum is characterized by that thymol is used as a nucleus, as nanocapsules shell guar gum is used, wherein thymol powder is slowly added to a suspension of guar gum in petroleum ether in presence of 0.01 g of E472 c as a surfactant, then stirring at 700 rpm, acetonitrile is poured thereon, after which the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core to shell is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:2.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing thymol nanocapsules in guar gum.
