SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autonomous payout. For this purpose, it is provided: obtaining, by means of a third-party payment application, a user identity confirmation identifier which sends a payment request in autonomous mode, when the third-party payment application receives a request which corresponds to the target payment application; obtaining, by a third-party payment application, an offline payment certificate issued by the target payment application to the user and stored in the terminal device, when it is determined that the received identity confirmation identifier is certified; and providing, by a third-party payment application, an offline payment certificate for the serving side of payment in an autonomous mode, so that the serving side of payment in offline mode has requested that the target payment application processes payment in the offline mode of the user based on the payment certificate in offline mode.

EFFECT: technical result is faster and more secure payment when a payment application is selected from a third-party payment application built into a consumer terminal, for making payment in an autonomous mode.
