SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. System for treating targets under the skin of a patient comprises a laser device for emitting a first sequence of laser pulses towards an area of the patient's skin, wherein the target to be reached by the laser pulses is located under the skin; skin area cooling system by means of cooling fluid medium; a first sensor for measuring a first temperature of the skin area; second sensor for measuring temperature of the cooling fluid; a computer which receives signals from the first and second temperature measuring sensors and controls the laser device. Temperature measurement sensor measures temperature of skin area after first sequence of laser pulses, and the computer calculates the predicted temperature reached by said skin region after emitting a second sequence of pulses having said predetermined power, duration and interval.

EFFECT: disclosed is a dermatological treatment device with control of changes in internal parameters in the process.
