FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with prosthetics of human knee joint. The suggested system of knee prosthesis contains the entire tibial plateau with two slipping grooves and the entire femoral component with two condyloid slipping surfaces, interval and shape of which are in line with tibial slipping grooves. As an alternative, the entire femoral component contains the couple of incoherent femoral condyloid cups the shape of slipping surfaces of which correlates with tibial slipping grooves. For the purpose to match its relative position and interval with slipping grooves, this system includes a special instrument that guarantees such correlated relative position of condyloid cups.
