FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for wound closure. Proposed device comprises support plate, fastening element and adjusting rod. Support plate consists of two parts - left and right, made of air-permeable resilient material, having lower adhesive layer impregnated with antibacterial and antioxidant substance. From upper side of plate there arranged is two-part fastening element of control rod. One part of fastening element is located on left part of plate and includes guide slot holder with through hole for screw with internal thread. Second part of the fastening element is placed on the right part of the plate and includes a guide slot holder with a through hole for placement of a control rod made of a flexible material with an external thread on the distal end and equipped with a handle on the proximal end. Holder of guide slot of right part of fastening element can additionally have internal thread opposite to thread of guide slot of left part of fastening element. Left and right parts of attachment element interact with each other by means of control rod. Adjusting rod at the proximal end is equipped with a back stroke retainer, made in the form of a rectangular section part, installed by the lower rib along its length along the fastening element along the central axis of the control rod, and having arched element close to handle of upper rib end, capable to cover control rod. Adjusting rod at the proximal end is equipped with a stroke regulator made as a single part with it, representing lobes located along the circumference of the control rod. Stroke regulator is an element of the back stroke retainer, located between the guide slot holder and the arc-shaped element, interacts the lobes with the rectangular cross-section part and fixes the control rod in the closed position of the arc-shaped element. Left part of the fixing element contains a distal holder made in the form of an open chute arranged on the left part of the fastening element, and the upper part of the chute is partially or completely closed by a hollow half-cylinder with formation of a common through hole sufficient for placement of a control rod in it. Central axis of the chute, the axis of the semi-cylinder and the control rod coincide. Right part of the fastening element contains a limiter-holder consisting of two elements - a support located on the fastening element, and an annular ledge along the circumference of the control rod located closer to the handle. Support and annular ledge interact with each other.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the device with high wound healing efficiency and possibility of medical manipulations in the healing process.
