FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to an area, namely to an intestinal sphincter valve for independent regulation of intestinal transit in the presence or absence of an intestinal stoma. Esophagus intestinal valve for controlling intestinal transit comprises a biocompatible tubular intestinal body, a mechanical intestinal valve, shutoff valve and sealed rotary occluder. Biocompatible tubular intestinal body has an adjustable solenoid valve arranged on said body. Mechanical intestinal valve is located in the free end of said biocompatible tubular intestinal body. Shutoff valve is located on free end of said mechanical intestinal valve and is connected with free end of intestinal mechanical valve. Free end of shutoff valve is brought out. Tight rotary occluder seals the free end of the shut-off valve.
EFFECT: invention considerably improves quality of patient's life and significantly reduces costs associated with such medical-surgical condition.
