SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for the preparation of a tendon autograft for plastic surgery of the anterior and posterior cruciform, as well as lateral ligaments. The tendon of the semi-tendon muscle is superimposed with the overlap of the endings on the tendon of the gracilis, the end of one tendon is sewn to the other at the place of mutual overlap of the tendons and the place of overlap of the tendon endings is tightened with ties. Then the tendon blank for the autograft is folded six times in such a way that the stitched area of the tendon overlay is located in the middle part of the folded tendon blank. Next, the folded tendon blank is stretched on the machine and the stitched area is surrounded by bundles of tendons forming the blank folded six times. Sequentially, on one side of the folded blank, and then on the other, one bundle of tendon is sewn to another and this end of the folded blank is tightened.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the strength of the graft being formed due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
