FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for preparation of a food product, in particular, consisting of nuts. Food preparation composition contains nut, berries, flour, a binding component, a milk product represented by cream or milk, a sweet component represented by sugar or honey. Binder component used is a mixture of crushed nuts, with the following ratio of components, wt%: nut kernel 64–66, berries 16–18, flour 4–5, a milk component in the form of cream 6–8, sweet component in form of honey 10–11; or nut kernel 64–66, berries 16–18, flour 4–5, milk component in the form of milk 11–13, sweet component in form of sugar 5–7.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to ensure hardening of the ready food product with reduction of sugar quantity in it.
