FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reclamation of used pits. Method includes movement and laying of soil groups. Before the substrate is laid, the soil is first subjected to treatment with ammonium sulphate in an amount of not less than 200 g per 1 m2 of the surface of disturbed lands. Soil groups are applied layer by layer from stripping clay of limestone mine with thickness of not less than 20 cm and overburden rock from sand extraction pit with thickness of not less than 30 cm. Organic fertilizer is represented by sludge from treatment facilities for at least 5 years of storage with thickness of 5–10 cm s further harrowing.
EFFECT: method enables to restore vegetative and soil cover on destroyed lands by using non-toxic wastes for reclamation.
