SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Prosthetic sleeve system comprises prosthetic sleeve and insert. Prosthetic sleeve has a distal end zone, at least one wall of the cartridge passing from it in a proximal direction and connecting means for attachment of the prosthetic component. Said wall envelopes, at least partially, the stump arranged in the prosthetic sleeve in a durable condition. Insertion has a proximal inlet and a distal lateral wall which at least partially surrounds the stump in a dormant condition and in a dormant condition is located between the stump and the prosthetic sleeve. Connecting device is arranged between the insert and the prosthetic sleeve in the distal end zone. On the outer side of the side wall of the insert and on the inner side of the wall of the sleeve there are or formed the resistance zones coming into interaction with each other, which counteract the movement of extension of the insert in the proximal direction from the prosthetic sleeve. Prosthetic sleeve for use in the above prosthetic cartridge system comprises a distal end zone, at least one wall of the cartridge passing from it in a proximal direction and connecting means for fixing the prosthetic component. Wall of sleeve at least partially encloses stump arranged in prosthetic cartridge in durable condition. In the distal end zone there is a connecting device. On the inner side of the wall of the sleeve there is or formed at least one resistance zone which acts opposite to movement of the insert extension in the proximal direction from the prosthetic sleeve. Insert for use in the above prosthetic sleeve system comprises a proximal inlet and a distal lateral wall which at least partially surrounds the stump in a durable condition and is placed in a durable condition between the stump and the prosthetic sleeve. In the distal end zone of the insert there is a connecting device. On external side of sidewall of insert there is or formed at least one resistance zone, which counteracts movement of extension of insert in proximal direction from prosthetic sleeve.

EFFECT: inventions provide improved comfort of wearing and easier entry into the prosthetic sleeve.
