SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical technology. Insert of the prosthesis contains an elastic layer of elastomer. Distal part of the elastic layer contains pores. Pores in the relaxed state of the liner layer are closed and are designed to open when the layer of the liner on the cult is stretched while moving.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the efficiency of using the liner and to reduce the accumulation of water on the limb cult, which is achieved by performing pores that open only when moving.
