SUBSTANCE: encoding with CRC A of information bits subject to encoding, based on a CRC polynomial, to obtain a first bit sequence, where the first bit sequence contains L bits of CRC and A information bits. Performing polar encoding of the first bit sequence. Based on the improved CRC polynomial, coding satisfying FAR requirements is realized. CRC polynomial can be realized using a shift register, and L CRC bits in the bit sequence encoded with the CRC are located after the A information bits to be encoded. Besides, polar coded bit sequence is transmitted by coding device, and prior to transmission of the polar coded bit sequence, the coding device matches the levels of the polar coded bit sequence based on the length of the target code.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved efficiency of coding.
