SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, traumatology, and orthopaedics, and can be used in surgical treatment of patients with injuries and diseases of tendon-ligamentous complex. Method for ligament and tendon repair involving graft sampling, preparation, passage through bone canals and fixation. Before the operation, magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasonic examination is used to determine the thickness of the cross-section of the tendons to be used as a transplant. Total diameter of the graft is calculated when the tendons are folded together. Device for gripping and passing a transplant is made, consisting of spirally intertwined threads coated with an osteointegrative material, with possibility of their compression, stretching and subsequent delayed bioresorption. Internal diameter of the device in a compressed state does not exceed the calculated total diameter of the graft by more than 0.5 mm. Tendons are separated intraoperatively and a non-free graft is formed. Device is compressed to place the end of the graft therein. Graft is grasped by pulling the fixing loop of the device. Orthobiological substances are placed on the transplant between the threads of the device. Graft is delivered through the bone canals by pulling the fixing loop of the device, which is fixed on the bone with the help of a button or by twisting it.

EFFECT: using the invention enables providing the transplantation and reliable fixation.
