FIELD: defectoscopy.
SUBSTANCE: use for non-destructive magnetic control of extracted elements of tubing string. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the extracted elements of the tubing string are controlled, which includes the tubing control by the magnetic flux scattering measurement using the device containing the constant magnetic field source, unit for monitoring thickness of element based on Hall sensors and unit for monitoring defects, wherein during monitoring elements of column are passed through device and recording sensors signals, wherein in used device defect control units are made based on Hall sensors, wherein inner diameter of housing with Hall sensors provides air gap, sufficient for passage of pipe coupling, and used device comprises cylindrical non-magnetic shell with conical input and output, arranged along sensor housing axis, attached to device housing by means of detachable connection, with possibility of its disconnection, centering on device axis string of pump rods lifted from well, prior to the beginning of the inspection, the device is calibrated against the reference sample with artificial defects for rod inspection, after which the rod string due to downhole equipment is lifted from the well, the signals of the defect monitoring units and the thickness control are registered, rejection of tested rods is performed by comparison of amplitudes of signals of controlled rods with threshold values of amplitudes of signals obtained during calibration, upon completion of lifting of rod string disconnected nonmagnetic shell, removing it from device axis, after which the device is calibrated against the reference sample with artificial defects for monitoring the pipes, the pipe string is lifted from the well due to downhole equipment, during the lifting, the signals of the defect control units and the thickness control are recorded, and rejection of tested pipes is carried out by comparing amplitudes of signals of controlled pipes with threshold values of amplitudes of signals obtained during calibration of device for operation with pipes.
EFFECT: possibility of contactless inspection of pipes with couplings and contaminated surface without significant loss of sensitivity of technical means of control.
