FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an oral base in form of a film containing an edible polymer, soluble in water and an organic solvent with a solubility parameter of 9.7 or higher, and particles of at least one compound selected from a group consisting of an amino acid, a dipeptide and a nucleotide dispersed in the form of particles in a film, where the oral base in form of a film does not contain sugar or sugar alcohol. Disclosed is an oral preparation in the form of a film containing said oral base in form of a film and a drug.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides fast profile of dissolution in mouth and sufficient strength of film, good tactile impression, pleasant texture and taste in mouth.
