SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-held swimming vane having upper wall (1) for attachment of distal part of user's hand to it, and lower propeller blade, wherein said hand blade is provided with a device for holding the hand blade on said distal portion, wherein said device comprises recess (8) extending through said blade, and appliance (5), installed in said recess with possibility of movement along axis, wherein said device has contact element (6) located above upper wall (1), wherein said contact member is configured to receive at least one finger of said user and comprises means, configured to hold said at least one finger on said contact member, said accessory being provided with an element, elastically restricting its movement in the holding position of said at least one finger between the retainers and upper wall (1), wherein elastically limiting element is located between lower blade and appliance (5) and can be reversibly compressed between elongated state to locate said appliance in lower position to hold said at least one finger and a compressed state for accommodating said appliance in an upper position to receive said at least one finger on contact element (6).

EFFECT: disclosed is a handicap for swimming with the possibility of attaching a distal part of a user's hand to it.
