FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Proposed method for production of a tea or coffee beverage containing ice includes production of a liquid part of the beverage containing soluble dry substances of tea or coffee and a substance which lowers the freezing point. Substance which lowers the freezing point is selected from a sweetener, sugar, polyol and mixtures of two or more thereof. Then the liquid portion of the beverage is aerated by adding gas; aerated liquid part of beverage is passed through cooling system for cooling of aerated liquid part of beverage and thus formation of multiple ice crystals in aerated liquid part of beverage. Then the cooled aerated liquid part of the beverage is dosed in the form of a tea or coffee beverage containing ice. Also disclosed are an aerated beverage and a device for implementing said method.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of coffee or tea beverage with ice with more balanced, creamier taste and increased stability in comparison with known beverages.
