FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to methods and devices for attachment of pumping unit to reinforced concrete foundation. Method of attachment of pumping unit to reinforced concrete foundation includes horizontal installation of lower reinforced concrete slab on leveled platform. Installation of brackets in lower openings of two side reinforced concrete slabs. Vertical and parallel installation of two side reinforced concrete slabs with brackets on horizontal reinforced concrete slab. Fixation of side reinforced concrete slabs on lower horizontal reinforced concrete slab. Fastening of side reinforced concrete slabs with each other by means of binding elements. Pumping unit frame installation on assembled structure. Positioning of frame of pumping unit relative to well head. Attachment of pumping unit frame to brackets of side reinforced concrete slabs by pins, crossarms and nuts.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and simplification of assembly / dismantling of device for attachment of pumping unit to reinforced concrete foundation.
