FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Described is a method of identifying infectious mononucleosis associated with human herpesvirus type 6 virus, characterized by that in leukocytes of peripheral blood AVR mRNA expression level is detected, 2 CHUK transcript, 2 CIRBP transcript 2, TRAF3 transcript 2 and IRAK4 10 transcript and while increasing AVEN mRNA expression, 2 CHUK transcript, 2 CIRBP transcript, transcript 2 of TRAF3 and reduced expression of 10 IRAK4 transcript, infectious mononucleosis associated with human herpesvirus type 6 is identified.
EFFECT: invention can be used for studying molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis, as well as for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of the disease.
