SUBSTANCE: invention refers to molecular biology and medicine. Disclosed is a method for differential diagnosis of herpes virus infection associated with Epstein-Barr virus in combination with cytomegalovirus and human herpesvirus type 6. Peripheral blood leukocytes of patients with herpesviral mixed infection are used to detect mRNA expression levels BTK-NM_001287345, CASP8AP2-NM_001137667, CASP8-NM_033356, DAPK2-NM_014326, FAF1-NM_007051 and FAS, ITCH, VVS3 genes and at their increase in comparison with healthy donors diagnose mixed infection associated with Epstein-Barr virus, combined with cytomegalovirus and human herpesvirus type 6 type.
EFFECT: invention provides accurate differential diagnosis of herpes virus infection.
