SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hybrid proteins containing a cassette with a Strep tag and to labeled chimeric effector molecules, labeled chimeric molecules of antigen receptors, recombinant host cells, producing such hybrid proteins. Single-stranded fusion protein for activation and stimulation of T-cell proliferation contains a transmembrane domain, located between extracellular component and intracellular component containing effector domain. Extracellular component comprises a binding domain which specifically binds a target, a plurality of labels and a connecting region containing a hinge. Plurality of labels comprises two to five labels and at least two of the plurality of marks comprise a Strep tag. Recombinant host cells producing such hybrid proteins can be identified, separated, sorted, caused proliferation, traced, eliminated and/or used as a therapeutic agent in adoptive immunotherapy.

EFFECT: invention enables to substantially activate and stimulate T-cell proliferation producing said hybrid proteins in the presence of Strep-Tactin granules.
