SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a method for stimulation of T-cells using the first and the second stimulating agents, where the first stimulating agent specifically binds to CD3 molecule expressed on the surface of T-cells, and where the second stimulating agent specifically binds to CD28 molecule expressed on the surface of T-cells.
EFFECT: invention allows for effective stimulation of T cells.
