FIELD: biotechnology; genetic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology and genetic engineering, in particular to methods for cell transduction. To implement methods, a set of target cells is incubated with a soluble oligomer reactive and a virus particle. The soluble oligomer reactive contains oligomer or polymer of at least three tetramers of streptavidin mutein. As a result, an output composition is obtained containing cells transduced with the virus particle.
EFFECT: present invention allows improving strategies of cell population transduction in vitro, including for research, diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
