Cartridge comprises a first compartment and a second compartment. Housing comprises an upstream housing end wall and a downstream housing end wall. Aerosol-generating system comprises said cartridge assembly and aerosol-generating device. Aerosol generating device comprises a device cavity configured to receive an upstream end of the cartridge assembly, and a heater for heating the first compartment and the second cartridge portion of the cartridge assembly.
