FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a hydroconversion or hydrotreatment device for producing a feedstock for the catalytic cracking of a vacuum gas oil type fraction (VGO), vacuum distillate (DSV) or vacuum residue, or deasphalted oil (DAO), wherein said device comprises at least: reaction section R-1, performing hydrotreatment or hydroconversion of raw material intended for supply to catalytic cracking unit; one or more high-pressure separation reservoirs B-1 and/or B-2, raw material for which is flow exiting from reaction section R-1; compression zone K compressing the gas stream leaving B-1 and/or B-2, also called recycle hydrogen, wherein said compressed gas stream is again fed into reaction zone R-1; fractionation column C-1, equipped with a stream from a cube of high pressure separation reservoirs B-1 and/or B-2, wherein said column C-1 divides into at least one head fraction (naphtha fraction) and heavy fraction, at least part of which is fed into catalytic cracking section R-11; furnace F-1, heating material for reaction section R-1 or only hydrogen required for said reaction section, or simultaneously both hydrogen and raw material; a catalytic cracking reaction section R-11, which is provided with at least a portion of a heavy fraction coming from the fractionation column C-1; a second fractionation column of C-11 streams from catalytic cracking reaction section R-11; recycled compressor K-11 compressing at least a portion of the gas stream exiting the catalytic cracking unit and acid gases from the main fractionation column C-1, note here that said compressor K-11 may contain several stages, as well as to method implemented on this device.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to obtain savings in terms of capital investments and operating costs with virtually identical and even slightly improved efficiency.
