FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preparing concrete mixtures, primarily for concreting monolithic building structures. Method involves two-stage mixing of cement, aggregates, superplasticizer and tempering water. At that, preliminary at the first stage in the factory conditions, cement, aggregates, superplasticizing agent and part of tempering water are mixed till obtaining of concrete mixture with cone settling equal to 10–12 cm. Then the obtained mixture is transported by mixer truck to the concreting of monolithic structures, where an additional part of tempering water is added thereto, which is necessary to obtain the required mobility, and finally mixing the concrete mixture in the mixer truck.
EFFECT: technical result is improved conditions and higher accuracy of dispensing superplasticizer into concrete mixture, as well as high strength and water-resistance of concrete, which increases durability of monolithic building structures in aggressive environmental influences.
