FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preparing concrete mixtures with additives of superplasticisers, used primarily for concreting monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Method of preparing a concrete mixture, comprising mixing components: portland cement, sand, gravel and mixing water in factory conditions to obtain a given mobility, after which the obtained mixture is transported by truck mixers to the place of concreting monolithic structures, wherein the superplasticiser is added to the concrete mixture before obtaining workability characterised by cone slump of 16–20 cm (i.e., P4), wherein part of the superplasticiser is added to the concrete mixture prepared under factory conditions before obtaining workability characterised by cone slump of 5–9 cm, and the rest is fed into the truck mixer not later than 60 minutes from the moment of its loading therein, and the concrete mix contains portland cement 500 D0-N, quartz sand with a modulus of fineness 1.52 and crushed stone of fraction 5–20 mm from sandstone at a ratio of said components, respectively, of 1:2.5:2.94 parts by weight.
EFFECT: reducing the consumption of superplasticiser and increasing the tensile strength of concrete, which increases crack resistance of concrete.
