FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to methods for controlling flow of produced fluid in wells, including measurement of temperature or pressure, is intended to maximize production of fluid using electric submersible pump. In order to implement the method of maximizing fluid production using an electric submersible pump, the maximum number of engine strokes is maintained within the range whose limit does not exceed the value of the engine emergency temperature level and the full decompression value at the pump intake. Increasing or decreasing number of engine strokes depending on cooling, normal operation, heating or emergency temperature of engine, as well as saturation, normal operation, initial decompression or complete decompression at pump intake. Microcontroller determines the validity of the obtained temperature and pressure values. Their conformity to the pre-formed range of valid values is determined. Engine time intervals are corrected taking into account conditions for obtaining measured values. Formation of the range of measured values is carried out based on a sample of previously obtained data, which is formed taking into account the predefined allowable error and the number of values included in the range of values. Each measured value repeating previous or exceeding preset error is not considered. Each new range of values is formed after consecutive production of several measured values exceeding preset permissible error relative to previous range and not exceeding preset permissible error relative to this range. Preliminarily established permissible error is maintained during maximization of fluid extraction regardless of average value of measured values of each range.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labour intensity of reservoir fluid extraction maximization with satisfactory functionality of equipment and its adaptability to dynamic changes.
