FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber processing, particularly, to rubber or similar material grinding and recovery. Proposed device comprises polymer material grinding and recover device including interacting stator and rotor, their ends composing the working zone for rubber grinding and recover. Said stator comprises, in fact, smooth flat end surface while said rotor comprises concaved end surface of depth gradually decreasing from centre to periphery. Note here that said rotor comprises extra bent ledge of height gradually decreasing from centre to periphery and with curvature radius gradually increasing from centre to rotor periphery.

EFFECT: higher quality of recovered material.
