FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, to technical diagnostics of condition of gearboxes of mobile power equipment, mainly to diagnostics of bearing assemblies of rolling in real time mode in continuous mode of operation. According to the proposed method, in the "Training" mode in the microcomputer the initial tolerable limit values of the parameters characterizing the technical condition of the bearing assembly are introduced in accordance with its series and operating conditions. In the "Calibration" mode, the zero point is programmed and the sensitivity of the diagnostic sensors is calibrated. In the "Control" mode, the condition of the bearing unit is checked without its dismantling from the GB. In case of failure of bearing assembly, microcomputer issues warning on termination of bearing unit operation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of reliable evaluation and efficiency of rolling bearing assembly condition monitoring without dismantling from gearbox in continuous operation mode.
