FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry in production of biocompatible materials and medicine. Method of producing amorphous tricalcium phosphate involves reacting an aqueous solution of calcium chloride and diammonium phosphate in excess ammonia at temperature of 20–25 °C for 10–15 minutes, filtering the obtained precipitate and washing it with water from chlorine ions. After drying the residue is dried at 125–130 °C for 10–15 minutes.
EFFECT: invention reduces duration and simplifies production of amorphous tricalcium phosphate which does not contain impurity of crystalline defective calcium hydroxylapatite.
