SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a low-calorie food sweetener composition containing at least one type of soluble protein, at least one type of soluble fiber and at least one type of sweetening substance. At the same time contains a high-intensity sweetening substance with a caloric value of approximately 0.3 kcal/g to approximately 10 kcal/g in an amount not exceeding approximately 10 % by weight of the composition, amount of soluble vegetable protein is at least about 1.5 % by weight of the composition, amount of soluble fiber is at least about 20 % by weight of the composition.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a low-calorie product.
