FIELD: coffee industry.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer beverage preparation kit includes a coffee component for creating a dark layer with a solids content of less than 10 % by weight, a whitening component for creating a white layer with total solids content of at least 10 wt %. Whitener contains protein, fat and carbohydrate. Content of fat in the whitener is not more than 10 % by weight of the whitening composition. Milk fat is less than 5 % by weight of whitening composition. Ratio of the height of the dark layer to the height of the light layer ranges from 2:3 to 3:2.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of balanced and stable multilayer beverage.
