FIELD: railway infrastructure.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of backup control of the condition of track sections between the station boundary and the middle of the running line. The technical solution has on-board and stationary parts. The onboard part is located on the tail car of the train and includes a battery (BAT 23), a radio station (RSX 17) for communication with the radio stations of the EC posts adjacent to the overtaking stations, a keyboard (KX 19), a generator (GX 18), a computer (CX 19), a GLONASS receiver (GRX 16) connected to the antenna (AX 13). The stationary part includes a station computer (computer C 26) connected to the station microprocessor centralization (SMC 27), a station radio station (SRS 24) connected to the antenna (ARS 15), a station decoder (SD 25).
EFFECT: possibility of backup monitoring of the condition of the track sections between the station boundary and the middle of the running line is achieved in case of damage to the main means of monitoring the track sections of the first or second half.
