FIELD: power engineering; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat energy utilization systems based on the Organic Rankine Cycle. Auxiliary power plant for diesel-generators includes steam-turbine circuit containing sections, in each of which there is turbine located on one shaft (6) with electric generator (7). Shaft (6) is common for all turbines (5), (18), (29). Each turbine (5), (18), (19) is connected to the appropriate waste heat boiler (8), (19), (30). Steam turbine circuit is divided into three closed sections. Different working medium circulates in each closed section. Each closed section additionally contains condenser (9), (20), (31) located after turbine (5), (18), (29), condensation pump (10), (21), (32) and emergency cooling system working medium in vapor phase. Emergency cooling system consists of temperature sensors (11), (22), (33) located in front of turbine (5), (18), (29) and in sections of reclamation boilers (8), (19), (30), steam cooler (12), (23), (34), control valve (13), (24), (35) located upstream of turbine (5), (18), (29), control valve (14), (25), (36) located so as to ensure supply of working medium to cooler (12), (23), (34) of steam or to section of waste heat boiler (8), (19), (30), storage tank (15), (26), (37) of working medium in liquid phase, control valve (16), (27), (38) located after condenser (9), (20), (31), and pump (17), (28), (39) located after tank-accumulator of working medium in liquid phase. There is a system for supply and distribution of waste gases from diesel engine (1) to sections of recovery boiler (8), (19), (30), consisting of pipeline (40) for discharge of exhaust gases, smoke exhaust fan (41) and control valves (42), (43), (44). There is a water washing system which includes tank (48) for water solution of surfactants and control valves (49), (50), (51). There is a system for air blowing of external heating surfaces of sections of heat-recovery boiler (8), (19), (30), consisting of heat exchanger (59), air pump (60) located in front of electric generator (2) of diesel-generator and control valves (61), (62), (63), (64), (65), (66).

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and reliability due to adjustment of heat transfer coefficient from exhaust gases of diesel engine to external surface of heat exchange and periodical cleaning of external surfaces of heating of recovery boiler from combustion products.
