FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ultrafine powder of aluminium oxide used for formation of nanorelief in microchannel as hydrophilic coating and substrate for catalysts. Method of producing aluminium oxide nanoparticles involves dissolving salt - aluminium sulphate in distilled water and mixing with cellulose, and the obtained dispersed mass is heated to 950 °C in air until complete decomposition of the product. Obtained nanoparticles of aluminium oxide have size of 50–250 nm, which due to particles of smaller size provides adhesion to surface, and due to larger particles increases capillary properties.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of process due to reduced number of performed operations.
