FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: said technical result is achieved by communication using frequency resources based on allocation information received in a message, wherein message has a distribution information structure comprising a bit map of B bits comprising display information, wherein frequency resources are within the bandwidth of N resource blocks in the frequency domain for uplink data transmission, wherein said bandwidth is a separate portion of the carrier bandwidth configured for the UE, wherein the display information relates to said separate portion of the carrier bandwidth; wherein size R of group of resource blocks (RBG) in frequency domain is associated with said separate part of carrier pass band, wherein R is number of resource blocks in group RBG, wherein R depends on said separate part of carrier passband, configured for UE, wherein each bit of B bits of the bitmap is mapped to its RBG group of size R to indicate whether said RBG is allocated as a frequency resource for transmission or not.
EFFECT: technical result is optimization of service alarm.
