FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: rasp tool for hip joint implantation comprises working part of rasp setting the longitudinal axis, which has front side surface, rear side surface, medial lateral surface and lateral side surface. Said side surfaces, at least partially, have rasp teeth, which are made parallel to each other and extend in circumferential direction in relation to longitudinal axis along closed or open contour. Rasp tool comprises a device for rotation stabilization to increase stability of the rasp working part, in particular, into the femur cavity, when the bone is turned into a bone cavity. Device for stabilization during rotation comprises stabilizing grooves on at least one side surface of working part of rasp, passing inclined relative to rasp-shaped teeth. Stabilizing grooves are made on the lateral side surface and/or on the medial side surface and/or on the front side surface and/or on the rasp working part rear side surface. Stabilizing grooves are made on the lateral side surface and on the medial side surface. All stabilizing grooves, which are made on lateral side surface and on medial side surface, run parallel to each other.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of manipulating medical equipment, primarily for implantation of the hip leg with increased stability of rasp working part beaten into the bone cavity.
