FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment, namely to wireless connectors in systems for the transportation of flowing media and, in particular, to the prevention of an infection and preparation of the wireless connectors in systems for intravenous infusion. A device for application with a female needleless connector, which has a proximal end, contains a case, a matrix, absorbing a flowing medium, a disinfectant, located inside the matrix, a solid elongated finger and an insert. The case contains a chamber, which has a proximal wall, a continuous lateral wall, connected with the proximal wall, and a distal hole, made with a possibility of putting on the proximal end of the female needleless connector. The matrix is located inside the chamber. The finger is fixed to the proximal wall of the case and is located inside the chamber in such a way that the finger opens a channel for the flowing medium through the female needleless connector, when the distal hole of the case is placed into the position, adjoining the proximal end of the female needleless connector, and the device moves in the distal direction. The insert is located on the section of the chamber internal surface and is made with a possibility of creating a detachable immobile setting with the external surface of the female needleless connector. The system for application with the female needleless connector contains a device for supplying a solution, which contains a male needleless connector; and the said device, detachably connected with the male needleless connector of a solution-supplying device. The method of the disinfection and preliminary opening of the female needleless connector and connection of the solution-supplying device, containing the male needleless connector, to the female needleless connector, contains the following stages. A part of the cover, hermetically closing the distal hole of the device chamber with a possibility of removal, is removed. The distal hole of the device is placed into the position, adjoining the proximal end of the female needleless connector, and the device is moved in the distal direction until the disinfectant is brought in contact with a membrane surface and the elongated finger opens at least partially the channel for the flowing medium through the female needleless connector. The device is removed from the female needleless connector. The male Luer connector of the solution-supplying device is joined with the female needleless connector. In accordance with another version of implementation the device for the application with the female needleless connector can contain a case, which contains the first chamber, which has the proximal wall, continuous lateral wall, connected with the proximal wall, and the distal hole, made with a possibility of putting on the proximal end of the female needleless connector, the second chamber and a neck, which has such size and is made with a possibility of detachable connection with the male needleless connector.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible for servicing medical workers to sterilise the external surface of a preliminarily cut membrane in the female Luer connector and preliminarily opens the cut to provide the creation of a proper channel for the flowing medium during the first access, when the male Luer connector is joined with the female Luer connector.
