Cutting plate comprises polycrystalline solid material and multiple rhenium-containing structures inside polycrystalline solid material containing rhenium in amount of more than or equal to approximately 10 weight percent. Said plurality of rhenium-containing structures contains several rhenium-containing structures substantially aligned with each other along the same radial position.
